Abstract
This editorial introduces Volume 16, Issue 2 of the International Journal of Multiple Research Approaches, showcasing three articles. As captured by the following lyrics, these works explore the integration of music into mixed methods research through innovative frameworks, the application of autoethnography and system dynamics to entrepreneurial ecosystems, and the psychological and academic challenges faced by Chilean university students during emergency remote learning:
(Verse 1):
In research realms where methods unite,
Music and meaning spark new light.
A melody flows, with depth it reveals,
A framework where harmony heals.
(Chorus):
From mixed methods’ art, innovation’s begun,
Polyphonic pathways, blending as one.
Equity and justice, rhythms align,
Transformative methods in every design.
(Verse 2):
Entrepreneurial tales through systems unfold,
Loops of dynamics, their stories retold.
From Chilean learners, challenges rise,
Mental health barriers, seen through clear eyes.
(Bridge):
Ecosystems thrive, balance they need,
Diverse approaches help them succeed.
Music and methods, creative and free,
Shape new futures for you and me.
(Chorus):
From mixed methods’ art, innovation’s begun,
Polyphonic pathways, blending as one.
Equity and justice, rhythms align,
Transformative methods in every design.
(Outro):
The journal invites, with passion and cheer,
To embrace new methods in the coming year.
Polyphonic and Methodomusic, the call is clear,
To expand the boundaries of research here.
